Dr. Glenice Davis-Glover
President
is the Founder, Owner, President and CEO of Bi-Wi International, Inc. Dr. Glover is an HBCU graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, where she received her B.A. degree in Accounting. She furthered her education by earning her Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling from South Florida Bible College & Theological Seminary. Later, Dr. Glover earned her Doctorate Degree in Biblical Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary. Dr. Glover brings to the Board the vision and the hard work necessary to make this company thrive.
Todrick L. Glover
Treasurer
Todrick is a graduate of Palm Beach State College with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a current Officer with the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) and brings expertise in the area of Security and multiple contacts which will help us to expand our Brand to Broward County.
Sherisse Richards
Sherisse is an accountant/senior auditor for the U.S. Defense Department. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales, Rhode Island where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting; and she earned her Master’s Degree (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University. Sherisse’s accounting and auditing skills are a valuable asset to our Board.
Cecelia Collins James
Cecelia is a business owner of C&C Computers in Broward County, FL. She is one of our newest Board members and brings a wealth of knowledge from the business ownership perspective. She has numerous contacts that can assist Bi-Wi in the expansion to the Broward County area and beyond.
Mrs. Hattie McDowell
Mrs. McDowell is a retired accountant and bookkeeper for Mount Bethel Baptist Church and former Fiscal Manager for Prevention Central, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mrs. McDowell has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Phenix - Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mrs. McDowell has nonprofit knowledge and an eagerness to assist Bi-Wi in fiscal affairs, a welcome addition to our Board of Directors..
Dr. Mary J. Smith
Dr. Mary J. Smith is currently an assistant professor at Lynn University, Boca Raton, FL. Dr. Smith is an Honors Graduate of University of Phoenix (online), where she earned her Doctor of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership in 2018. In addition to teaching, Dr. Smith is the owner of Gender Equality Matters, LLC, and serves on the Board of Directors with the Sistrunk Historical Festival, Inc., where she actively works as Chair of the fundraising activities.
